Open time is also provided throughout the 3-day event to accommodate participants that wish to expand their meeting times.

Meeting Packages Include
Includes private matches with senior executives of leading mechanical contractors. Communication with buyers 3-4 weeks prior to on-site matches via secure Xtranet. Matches 11 – 13 will be prorate from the Targeted meeting package price.

HVACXchange Sales Packages for qualifying suppliers are affordable and will include the requested number of mechanical contractor meetings as well as the condominium suite in which you will conduct your meetings. In addition, you are invited to participate in the opening cocktail reception held Sunday evening. Meal packages are available so that each of your senior team may take advantage of the opportunity to network with all participants. Meal packages include breakfast, lunch, breaks and evening cocktails/dinner.
