Suites
Each participating supplier will be provided a beautifully appointed condominium at the Lodges at Deer Valley for the length of your stay at HVACXchange. Throughout your meeting schedule, you remain stationary in your suite, while senior executives are escorted to your suite for highly organized, previously scheduled, 40-minute strategic meetings. Sophisticated suppliers will prepare their suite to appropriately meet the needs of their guests.

The essence of HVACXchange is a strategic sales event featuring senior management from both contractor and supplier companies. As such, suppliers are required to send senior executives, fully prepared to address the needs of these buying initiatives.
